Documentary Film: History of Women in the Theatre

This work in progress focuses on the contributions of women in the theatre from the First appearance of a woman on the English stage in the 1660’s to the advent of silent film.

Children's Book: "Fang Goes to France to Find Fifi"

This delightful story chronicles the adventures of FANG, a little Pomeranian Lobster fishing “Stern Dog” from Maine and his adventures in Paris trying to find his “Paw Pal” FIFI, the French poodle.

 

Lecture Series
"THE ROAD TO PROFESSIONAL ACTING"

Mary Linda is available for bookings of her Lecture Series, "The Road to Professional Acting". In this entertaining and informative session she presents to aspiring actors an extensive laundry list of DO'S and DON'TS on how to get a job as a professional actor. Starting with a brief DVD introducing Mary Linda and her work, the hour long presentation is embedded with personal anecdotes and her own experiences as a working actor from Europe to New York to Los Angeles spanning 40 years of acting which includes Film, Television and Theatre. A lively Q and A session including acting techniques concludes the presentation.

 

Drama Project
"THE PLAY’S THE THING!"

In this workshop Mary Linda guides students ages 5-10 in the steps of creating, producing and performing their own play. Through the exciting and fun process of developing story, script, sets, costumes, props ,publicity and performance, the students gain not only an knowledge of all elements of play production, but also an understanding of interpersonal relationships defined and enhanced by creative expression. The workshop is limited to 20 students and can be customized to fit most any school or after school schedule.
